The leadership at BALCONY are
rolling up our sleeves and gearing up our bikes for the 2014 American Diabetes
Association's NYC Tour de Cure on Saturday, May 10,
and we would like you and your organization to stand strong with us!
The NYC Tour de Cure
starts and finishes at scenic Pier 84 along NYC's Hudson River, adjacent
to the U.S. Intrepid at W. 43rd Street with routes that include a
family-friendly seven miler, 20 miles, 45 miles, 62.5 miles and a Century
ride of 100 miles for the more experienced riders. Enjoy a
catered lunch, live entertainment, a complimentary massage and lots of
exciting extras at our Finish Line Festival.
de Cure is an individual, friends & family and corporate
team-building activity that has all of us cycling together to raise funds
for the Greater New York community to fund medical research, community
outreach programs and legislative advocacy initiatives reinforcing the
American Diabetes Association's mission: to prevent and cure diabetes,
and improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
The first 50 BALCONY
members registered who make a personal donation of $26.00 will receive a Stop
Diabetes Cinch Bag, and you can show your
concern about this important cause that impacts the health of Greater New
You don't have to ride
alone, you can form a corporate, friends and family, and clubs and
organization team via the website as well to build camaraderie and enjoy
a day of fun!
Each rider must raise a
minimum of $200 to participate in the NYC Tour de Cure and when you
